Ezylearn has announced that Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliance will be achieved in the near future. SCORM compliance means that learning resources built to the SCORM standard will operate in any SCORM compliant Learning Management System (LMS). As Ezylearn is compatible with Thomson NETg online resource the next obvious step in development was SCORM compliance. Once this is achieved Ezylearn will be at the forefront of LMS development and capability.
A goal of the SCORM is that learning resources be reusable and interoperable across multiple Learning management Systems (LMS). For this to be possible, there must be a common way to start learning resources, a common mechanism for learning resources to communicate with an LMS and a predefined language or vocabulary forming the basis of the communication.
